Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution
1. Develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social,
email, OOH, partnerships, and events).
2. Oversee marketing operations for sponsorship activations, website updates, content
creation, and advertising placements.
3. Ensure campaign alignment with brand and business objectives, maintaining consistent
messaging across platforms .

Event & Partnership Marketing
1. Oversee the planning and preparation for all VIP events, tradeshows, and partner
activations, ensuring smooth delivery of logistics, marketing collateral, attendee
engagement, and follow-ups.
2. Work closely with vendors, venues, and marketing partners to deliver high-impact, on-
brand events.
3. Maximize event-generated opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to drive
business growth.

Performance Measurement & Optimization
1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement, conversion
rates, lead generation, and revenue impact.
2. Implement measurement frameworks such as brand lift studies, multi-channel attribution
(MTA), and marketing mix models (MMM) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
3. Drive continuous improvements through creative testing, targeting optimization, and
data-driven insights.

Project & Team Management
1. Use tools like Asana (or similar) to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables for
multiple campaigns and events.
2. Lead and manage remote and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration
and communication.
3. Develop and implement scalable marketing processes to improve operational efficiency
and performance tracking.

Work Conditions
• Location: South Africa
• Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for
events.
• Travel: Occasional travel to support events, sponsorships, and partner programs.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA
preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in omni-channel marketing, event management, and partnership
marketing.
• Proven ability to execute campaigns across digital, traditional, and event platforms, with
strong emphasis on sponsorships and partnerships.
• Experience managing remote staff and working with project management tools like
Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing and multi-channel attribution models (e.g.,
MTA, Google Analytics).
• Expertise in managing marketing operations, including tagging, campaign QA, media
buying, and vendor coordination.
