Creative & Design Production
1. 1. • Design static and dynamic assets for digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid media.
2. • Create print-ready collateral such as sales sheets, brochures, event signage, and banners.
3. • Develop visual content for event branding including VIP experiences, tradeshows, and partnership programs
4. • Support internal branding projects including executive decks, one-pagers, case studies, and corporate templates.
Brand & Visual Consistency
1. Ensure all creative assets align with Office Beacon’s brand identity, tone, and strategic goals.
2. Contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, including typography, color,
iconography, and layout systems.
Collaboration & Project Management
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, content, and product teams to support
design needs.
4. Use tools like Asana, Slack, Canva and Figma to manage design tasks, provide updates, and receive feedback.
•5. Prioritize multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality assets on deadline.
Key Software & Tools
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD)
• Figma (interface design, prototyping, and collaboration)
• Canva (template-based and quick-turn content)
• Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Drive for collaboration)
• Presentation Tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides)
• Project Management (Asana, Trello, Monday.com – for task management and workflow)
• Slack (team communication and feedback loops)
• Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and design handoff tools like Zeplin or InVision
Work Conditions
• Location: South Africa (remote-based, with availability to work within U.S. Pacific Standard Time
hours as needed).
• Schedule: Full-time.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications / Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of brand, marketing, and digital design work.
