Job Description

  • Design and Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training modules,
    e-learning courses, and educational resources tailored to the insurance industry’s needs.
  • Assessment Development: Develop effective assessments to measure trainee knowledge and skill acquisition, ensuring training effectiveness.
  • Training Planning and Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions,
  • workshops, and webinars, both remotely and on-site.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Continuously assess and improve the quality and impact of training programs.
  • Soft Skills Development: Foster soft skills like communication, problem-solving, and
    interpersonal skills among trainees.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of training activities and participant progress, preparing reports and feedback for management.
  • Stay Current: Stay updated with industry trends and changes to ensure training programs align with the latest industry standards.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable to changing training needs and able to pivot as necessary.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a training role.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify training needs and provide solutions.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
  • Expertise in leading virtual training sessions, including managing group dynamics,
    encouraging participation, and maintaining engagement.
  • Ability to adapt facilitation style based on the needs of the audience and the training objectives.
  • Proficiency in developing and administering assessments to measure learning outcomes.
  • Skills in analyzing training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance
    data to make continuous improvements.
  • Understanding and respecting cultural differences in a diverse virtual classroom. Ability to
  • design and deliver training that is inclusive and accessible to participants from various
    cultural backgrounds.
  • Should be able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using various training tools and software.
  • Experience with Google Classroom (Preferred)
