Job Description

As an Onboarding Officer, you will be responsible for:

1. Candidate Sourcing:
Source potential candidates for client placements from internal pools.
Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to identify and engage qualified candidates.
* Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for client placements.

2. Preparation Sessions:
Conduct thorough preparation sessions for candidates, ensuring they are
well-prepared for client interactions.
* Provide guidance on client expectations, industry specifics, and best practices to enhance candidate performance.

3. Resume Development:
Develop comprehensive resumes for selected candidates, highlighting their skills, experiences, and achievements.
Collaborate with candidates to ensure accuracy and completeness of their professional profiles.

4. Candidate Onboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process for candidates, overseeing office setup and orientation programs.
Work closely with various departments to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.

5. Communication and Reporting:
Regularly communicate candidate information and progress to the Client Success Manager.
Provide timely updates on onboarding milestones, addressing any potential challenges or concerns.

Our working hours are aligned with the client’s time zone, with potential shifts
ranging from 3 pm to 12 am, 5 pm to 3 am, and/or 7 pm to 4 am South African time
(SAST).

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in resume writing and candidate presentation.
