Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing and delivering interactive training sessions related to crucial interpersonal and leadership skills. This includes identifying the training targets, developing engaging and effective training materials, conducting assessments on training progress, and ultimately delivering effective training. Other responsibilities may include:

  • Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculums
  • Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training
  • Ensuring a smooth execution of the program by liaising with external teams, rack vendors or supporting organizations
  • Analyzing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum
  • Analyzing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs

  • Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching

  • Experience in developing and delivering training content
  • Knowledge of current trends in the HR industry
